About
Pitching Decisions
How the teams that finished well staffed their pitching, week by week, next to the whole field.
- Rows are the top 25, top 50, and top 100 overall, league winners, cashing teams, and every team in the contest.
- A mix square is that group's most common full active staff that week. Hover it for the percent of each mix.
- A starts square is the group's average MLB starts that week, rounded. Hover it for the exact average and the average number of two-start pitchers.
- The line under the name is the season summary. Short periods are left out of the starts average.
- Compare, under those grids, lists each team in that group in overall standings order, with that team's own mix and starts. The list pages so a big group stays fast.
SP-RP mix, week by week
Each row is one group, each square that week's most common active staff (starters-relievers). A small dot marks the start of a lasting switch (a new mix used in at least 3 of 4 straight weeks). Hover a square for the percent of each mix.
