About
AB/IP Pace
Whether that volume led all year or arrived late.
- The lines are the field and the teams that finished well. A late spike shows up as a steep week.

Pace at week N = the team's season total of at bats (or innings) through week N, divided by the full weeks played so far.
Week 1 and the All-Star week (week 17) are half weeks and count 0.5, so the full season is 26 full weeks
and a half week doesn't make the pace dip. Lines are the group's average and the whole field's average.
Multiply by 26 for a full-season total. Innings are real innings (.1 = one out).
The first point (week 1) usually sits a little high: NFBC counts opening week as half a week, but it tends to have a few more games than exactly half.
